Never / Case studies
Terms & conditions.
Public work is here for anyone to explore. Private work is shared personally, in confidence. Here’s what that means.
1. Public work
Case studies and tests marked public are available to everyone. You’re welcome to share links to those public pages. The work and its images, films, characters, and other materials still belong to their respective owners; viewing them does not give permission to reuse them.
2. Private work stays private
Private case studies and tests are shared by Dré Labre / Never with selected clients and partners. Access is personal to the account you’ve been given. Please keep your password to yourself. Your access does not give anyone else permission to view the work.
3. Our little friend DA
By accepting before opening private work, you agree to keep it confidential. Don’t share, download, screenshot, record, repost, or reproduce private material, or describe it to others without written permission from Never. That includes the ideas, client details, images, films, and behind-the-scenes material. Use it only to get to know Never’s work and discuss working together.
4. What this covers
This promise applies to private material while it remains non-public. It does not cover information that is already public, that becomes public without a breach of confidence, that you already lawfully knew, or that you independently develop. It does not prevent a disclosure required by law. Any separate confidentiality agreement you have with Never still applies.
5. Access and acceptance records
Never can change or remove private access. When you accept, the site records your account, email address, time, IP address, browser, and the version of these terms so there is a record of your agreement. Passwords are stored as hashes. Acceptance records are retained when an account is removed.
6. If you’re unsure
Ask Dré before sharing or using anything private. If you think your login or private material has been shared by mistake, let Dré know so access can be updated.
